By using the Ludo Reimagined website or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Ludo Reimagined for your own entertainment. You do not need an account: the game signs you in anonymously.
3. Fair play
Play fair and be kind. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with other players or our servers, reverse engineer the game, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Our work
The game, its name, artwork, music, code and website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any ownership of them.
5. Ads and changes to the game
The game is free to play today and has no ads. We may add features, ads or paid options in the future, and we may change or stop parts of the game at any time. If that happens, we will update these terms and our privacy policy.
6. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors or be available without interruption.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot lose by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
